InformationEcological parameter: Ellenberg-Score
Parameter group: trophic preference parameters
The score is an earlier version of the LMICM-Score, developed in the late nineties as a measure of nutritional preference of plants (especially the need for nitrogen) and can be used as another measure of trophic status. The score is divided into eight classes; 1 is for plants with very low nutritional needs, and 8 for plants that only occur in nutrient-rich environments.
